Globex Power Group and its network of authorized, factory trained technicians, can supply every type of maintenance, service and factory warranty required to keep your equipment operating in an efficient manner.
You have invested a considerable amount of money in this important capital equipment. Routine and preventative maintenance measures should be taken to assure operational efficiency for the life of the equipment.
Currently, we have access to over 60 fully equipped vans, and technicians, to respond to any emergency or standard requirement throughout New England. New York and New Jersey. We can reach out to other OEM authorized Service Centers (Domestically or Internationally) to fulfill any post installation needs.
Globex Power Group can develop a semi-annual and an annual plan for maintenance that will include the following:
A representative check list on a Semi-Annual basis for maintenance may include:
- Verifying lubricating oil levels
- Verifying radiator and cooling system levels
- Inspection of fuel lines for leaks
- Check fuel and water separators
- Verify warning lights and gauges function propoerly
- Check fan belts (wear and tension)
- Check governor belts for wear
- Inspect battery charger
- If applicable, replace spark plugs, distributor cap and ignition rotor
- Inspect battery capacity, clean and re-coat terminals with anti-corrosion treatment
- Perform generator and ATS functional and safety check
- Run Generator - under load (if allowed by customer)
- Review electrical frequency analysis and adjust as needed
A representative check list for Annual maintenance may include:
- Replace fuel and water separator
- Change air filter
- Perform on site coolant analysis
- Perform many or all of the above defined items
