Through its Financial Department staff, Globex Power Group will gladly aid in securing various finance packages for the home owner, the commercial End User or the industrial client.
In the Residential Market there are numerous options available. Globex Power Group can offer multiple sources for the home owner to peruse. Items such as Personal Loans, Equity Loans, Homeowner Loans, Secured Loans, Asset Base Loans, Unsecured Loans, Collateral Loans etc. can be explored. In addition, many states have energy based incentives. Federal Programs also exist that may be advantageous at the time of system development. Globex Power Group personnel will be happy to examine any available program that may be advantageous to the home owner. Our staff, as well as the staff of our Teaming Partners, are very familiar with current incentive programs (local, sate and federal) that may be available.
In the Commercial Market there are business loans, SBA Loans, Investor Loans, Asset Base Loans, Tax Credits, Special Financing, Capital Improvement Loans and various energy efficiency programs that may be beneficial to the commercial business owner. There may also be incentive programs (through State, Local and/or Federal Agencies), that may either fund all or a portion of the project developed.
